This association is a legally established, non-profit, and public-interest social organization, dedicated to the promotion of safe driving.

The Association's missions are as follows, and are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations：

1. To enhance the vehicle driving skills, safe driving practices, knowledge of vehicle electronic systems and mechanical principles, as well as proper operation methods and timing, for personnel in specialized units such as firefighting, disaster relief, and the military.
2. To promote safe driving and driving etiquette education among the general public.
3. To promote off-road driving safety, proper driving etiquette, and ecological conservation education.
4. To advance academic and technical exchange related to international vehicle regulations and safe driving practices.
5. To promote education on various forms of international motorsport and off-road racing.
